This position is for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant maintains calendars and promulgates team activities. Assists in scheduling and coordinating program meetings and reviews along with preparation and after action tracking and closure of action items. Coordination includes support to onsite personnel, subcontractor leads, and other participants as directed. Provides support during meeting/reviews with establishing VTC, running presentations, maintaining/coordinating, and drafting deliverable meeting documentation. Assists in the general administrative support to the Space Fence Program for personnel with conference room coordination, meeting coordination, customer and visitor accommodation, ordering supplies, arranging material shipments, requesting facilities/IT/AV support, travel coordination and expense reporting. Basic Qualifications: Excellent written and oral communication skills Formal Customer Program Review and internal meeting scheduling, coordination, and support Calendar Management High proficiency with full Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Proficient with Travel Scheduling and Expense Reporting Able to multi-task and handle requests from multiple leaders supported in a timely manner Efficient, organized, and good time management skills Ability to obtain & maintain a DOD Secret Security Clearance Desired Skills: Experience in creating and editing technical and programmatic review material a plus Experience coordinating and assisting with Customer VIP visits Experience supporting virtual teams in dispersed locations Experience with MST specific processes and databases are a major plus Proficient with Travel Reservation and Expense Reporting International Travel Reservation and Expense Reporting experience is a plus
