We are CityBoxes, Toronto-based small business ([login to view URL]). We rent reusable plastic moving boxes, offering free delivery throughout the Greater Toronto Area. We have been in business for over five years. We re-designed and re-built our website about four years ago (English only). While our business model has remained relatively unchanged, we do have some other offerings we would like to promote, and we think the website could still be more user-friendly (keeping in mind that what most customers like about our website is its simplicity). Specifically, we believe the primary opportunities are on the Home Page and the Pricing page of our site, and to a lesser degree, the Order page. The website is on a WordPress platform, and our one requirement is that this be maintained so that we can easily make simple modifications ourselves. We are looking for someone who can help with recommending and making design/layout modifications to simplify the user experience, as well as implementing these changes in WordPress.
