I would like to hire a Coder

We are working on a web-based system, with sms functionality integrated into the system. We are looking for coders who can be able to intergrate the SMS API functionality on the web based system. BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS The following sections document the various business requirements of this project. A web based reporting system solution that will have: 1. Look and Feel A design layout of the web interface for the end user. These designs include for the home page/landing page, secondary and tertiary pages. 2. Document Library This feature will facilitate for uploading, storing and downloading of the following documents: • Drawings • Municipality and Service Provider Reports • Weekly Progress Reports • Final Municipal Approval Report and Permit These documents may be stored in the following formats; .docx, .xlsx, .pdf, .jpeg, .pptx 3. Administrator Control The administrator control to be given to the Project Manager and Project Sponsor with the following features: • Ability for the administrator to load user and delete users. • Display balance of the project days once the user has been allocated. • Ability for departmental managers to view the users progress and days in-progress using a timer. • Automatically send the email to the user to accept the project assigned to them with email notification. • Ability to add and remove attachments (i.e. Unclear Drawings). • Ability to add a project code 4. User Interface The user interface functionality will have the following features: • Ability for employees to accept the project assigned to them. • Ability for employee to load information of the client. • Ability to keep track of all municipal application details: requester information (e.g., project, cost center), locality information (e.g., cities, hotels), and municipal expenses (e.g., payment method, currency). • Pre-application and post-application expense management • Multiple currencies support • Email and SMS notification of reminders to follow up and reporting. • Access management (administrators and simple users) • Customizable dictionaries (e.g. company departments, projects) • Ability to print the documents for the client. • Advanced reporting (e.g. summarizing costs by company department) • Ability to add multiple attachments 5. Client Notification The client notification to allow for the following functionality: • Send an Email and SMS to the client if the user updates the system. • Send reminders to the clients about possible extension dates. • Send reminders to clients about the permit are approaching expiry dates. 6. Reminders This functionality is to enable reminders to be sent for calendar appointments, meetings, flagged emails and events.
