I require someone with an interest in cooking, health and fitness to design a weekly exercise and meal plan. Preferably meals that can be made in a short amount of time (less than 15 minutes) and on a budget. This would need to include all meals for the week, a good variety of foods and also include snacks. A simple daily exercise task would need to be included for each day with achievable activities and time frames.

The person chosen will be paid a negotiated amount for each weeks plan.
