Commission-Only Sales Representative – Medical Equipment & Devices Company: Revitalise Medical Devices Location: Remote / Work-from-Anywhere (Australia) Compensation: 5% Commission per Sale (Uncapped) About Us: Revitalise Medical Devices is a trusted Australian-owned and operated medical equipment provider. We supply high-quality mobility aids, home care products, diagnostic tools, CPAP machines & accessories, and other medical devices that help customers live with greater comfort, independence and wellbeing. Revitalise Medical Devices We are expanding our sales reach and looking for dedicated sales representatives who can help grow our customer base. This role is ideal for entrepreneurial, self-motivated individuals who excel in relationship-based sales. Role Overview As a Sales Representative (Commission-Only) you will: Actively generate sales for our medical and mobility device products Develop new customer leads and nurture relationships Educate potential customers about products and benefits Close sales and hit performance targets Follow-up with prospects to convert interest into sales What You’ll Earn 5% commission on every completed sale — uncapped earnings Paid weekly/fortnightly (as agreed) based on performance Ideal for people who thrive on results and independence Who We’re Looking For You’ll succeed in this role if you: Have prior sales experience (medical, healthcare, mobility, equipment, B2B or B2C) Are self-motivated, confident and target-driven Enjoy educating customers and building long-term relationships Are comfortable working on a commission-only structure Have your own transport and ability to attend meetings/calls Experience selling medical or healthcare products (e.g., CPAP devices, mobility aids) is a strong advantage.
