Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated freelancer based in Germany to join our team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our company and products, and scheduling physical meetings to further discuss business opportunities. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the growth of our business. Responsibilities: - -Receive a list of target companies and research key contacts within these organizations. -Reach out to decision-makers via email, phone calls, and other communication channels to introduce our company and products. -Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to potential clients. -Nurture relationships with prospects and follow up on initial contacts to schedule physical meetings. -Collaborate with the sales team to strategize approaches and optimize outreach efforts. -Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in our CRM system. -Provide regular updates on outreach activities and progress to the management team. -Continuously learn about our industry, products, and competitors to enhance sales pitches and approaches. Requirements:- -We prioritize hiring Indian candidates for this job position. -Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. -Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. -Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving targets. -Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. -Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English. -Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus. -Availability to travel for physical meetings within Germany as needed. -If you are passionate about sales, have a knack for building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
