Simple HTML / Javascript / CSS Form Element - Must Work in All Browsers

I have a html form element in HTML/CSS/JAVASCRIPT which was created for me in the past and I need it modified to use my new images. This is a simple project for someone who knows Javascript/HTML/CSS and also has a good eye. What I mean by a good eye is that you will need to match-up images that look alike - it is easy. PMB me for details please before you bid. My budget is STRICT at $30 and no more; if you bid more than I will pass you by. You will enjoy working for me, I use quality designers/programmers again and again. Also, I want to be sure you read and understand this entire project listing (and are not using a bot) so please include 'I am human' in your bid and PMB contact or I will not consider you for this job. I estimate 1 - 2 hours of work max for an experienced Javascript/HTML/CSS designer with most of the effort coming from renaming and matching images (under 40 images to match).
