Enhance my wordpress home page

I have a WordPress website . At the moment home page remains so plain and blank I don't like it. I want to enhance the look and feel . The site is responsive so the design elements you plan to add should not break it I have placed all needed elements in the place it should be so they need not be moved positions only make them beautiful adding new css or backgrounds or make your thought horses run. The one who provides the best mock up screenshot will be chosen for the job. All bids without any ideas will be ignored.
