Website and logo designe - open to bidding

Hi There I'm looking for a skilled webdesigner, the task at hand is fairly easy. What i need is a website for my company and i need someone who does the whole SEO stuff as well, furthermore i need a logo, i've done one, but it was made in word and does not meet my expectation. I would like to be able to do all the writing on the page so it should have an easy to use CMS. I've added my logo, it should resemble a pregnant belly, the background colour does not to be red. I find red feels quite heavy, so maybe a light beige, or something similar would probably fit it much better. The logo should be useable on the website as well as on my buissnescard and flyer.
