I need a web app that can interface with a Wordpress website and WooCommerce to allow customers to build a custom contact page that can be accessed via a unique, random URL which will be encoded with a QR Code. This will be modeled on the [login to view URL] app and made for soscard.com.au. The detail fields will include:
Cardholder's First Name: (required)
Cardholder's Last Name: (required)
Cardholder's Date of Birth: (not required)
Cardholder's Address:(required)
Emergency Contact Name:(not required)
Emergency Contact Phone Number: (not required)
Emergency Medical Information: (Not required) help text to say "Enter any relevant medical information including medication and allergies"
Admin panel to allow Andrew to login and create a new record manually and obtain a unique URL for each record and encode an NFC card and QR code with the URL so that the information displays for a person using the URL.
SOS Card will work the same as Tapster in that it will allow a user to create an account, login and add/update the details.
This scope will include updates to the tapster site to build an admin panel so that the website owner can log in and add, edit or delete any records.
The data and database must be secure and URLs must not identify the person and must be randomised.
