CSM for a static website to have it dymnamic, using a well proven and robust CSM, only in ASP.NET - all site will be into a database.

We are working in a IIS Server with ASP.NET, the website has got circa 15 pages. 1) using a well-proven CMS , import the website into a RWD layout. Bootstrap 5.0 2) The blog section from admin area to create and modify and delete pages with SEO friendly strategy inside. every time the blog is created/modified/deleted the code will update the site map reporting the previous infos and the updated infos so that i will know that code is running properly. 3) The blog section and the image gallery section will instantly create/modify/delete posts on my related socials/backlinks such as we will agree with the coder, for example Facebook, Instagram, twitter, Pinterest ) 4) adding a small table into database that will be used from one page to create dynamically other pages only reading the names of city inside the db -> in such a way to have in the title and in H1 and in other strategic place for seo, one by one, the names of the city in every page created (for example 100 names of city = 100 webpages generated dynamically by asp code). of course every name of the city in the database will have also a description text inside that i will provide, in such a way that the dynamically pages created will not result too much similar to each other. The final page should have a seo friendly name , so we won't use query string. 5) checking the whole website for good practice - white hat seo - security issues.
