We are an online electronics company which sells our own brand of mobile accessories. We are currently looking for someone to join our team on a long-term basis. Tasks will include customer support (emails), listing products in our channels, research, SEO marketing for our products online.
- Fluent written English, excellent email etiquette and grammar.
- Outgoing, reliable and good availability online
- Experience with Reply Manager, Zendesk or similar customer support software
- Experience dealing with customer queries from eBay and Amazon.
- Good knowledge of electronics, ability to answer technical questions, research suitable replies
- Excellent Knowledge of Excel
- Good experience with HTML
- Experience with SEO marketing software like Amazon PPC or Google Adwords.
- Customer support for eBay, Amazon and our website
- Customer returns, resends, refunds, negative feedback, resolution cases, technical support for products.
- Creating FAQs for our products.
- Listing and optimising online products for eBay, Amazon and Woocommerce using excel
- Marketing on social media and through email
- Creating Amazon PPC campaigns
- Editing HTML templates
This will be a long-term position, the numbers of hours may increase if the quality of the work is good. Please only apply if you can work the required hours (GMT).
Saturday and Sunday: 11am-4pm (GMT)
Monday and Tuesday: 4pm-9pm (GMT)
Job hours will consist of approximately 30% customer support 70% other tasks,

Hourly pay for this work is $5.80 per hour, 20 hours per week to start, going up to 30+ for successful candidates.
