Fix html code, image sequence

Hello, I need an html fix that I am quite certain is pretty simple for a good html person. My webpage works great on my computer but when viewed from Internet it does not work correctly. It has an image that appears to rotate, but it is actually 20 fast images in sequence giving it an ultra-smooth transition. As mentioned; it looks good on computer but appears to simply display first image then jump to 20th image from Internet. I thought perhaps it was a size problem, as they are transparent png, which give it the crisp look. However, I converted to .jpg and same result. I even compressed way down, bad quality with same result. I do not want it to work on mouse over because it is a collage of beautiful actors & actresses that need seen as soon as page is visited. Perhaps it needs a snippet of java or something. It displays only once and holds at the last image, which is what I want, but I'd like it to hold for only 20 seconds then repeat. The info on the page is so short that most anyone can read the whole thing in 20 seconds so it's not like it would annoy viewers. If this sounds like something you can do please bid and I can send you the code to view. I have perfect 5-star rating and I pay on time and never jerk people around, but I expect the same courtesy. You need to bid the amount you will do this for. Do not underbid then expect paid higher at a later day.
