Fix one Bug: Mobile Contact Form - Bootstrap Issue : CSS / HTML Bug

Hello, I am using a simple bootstrap html/css template for a site and appear to be running into an issue with a form not being selectable/the user can't input into the form on mobile (the issue shows up only when the hamburger nav is active).
In the responsive version of the site with nav bar as horizontal tabs, the form works fine, but when the browser becomes a navbar with hamburger button menu, the form is not selectable.
When I remove boostrap from the page, the issue is fixed. I believe it is related to clearfix / overflow of nav elements, but am not an expert. I believe an expert who has seen this bug before can fix quite easily.
