Frontend Developer - CSS\JSS Reverse Engineering

I need a programmer whom is proficient with HTML5, CSS, and Jquery. I have a variety of projects and many months of work. I need someone whom has an eye for visuals and can appreciate EVERYTHING related to front-end development. Some examples of work 1. Making the image 20180502... into a web-page (discovering the font, and matching everything the same: color, alignment, lines). No search function is expected. (It is Adobe Photoshop UI) 2. Fixing up the webpage (in image 20180513..) I have the HTML\CSS but the JS is not properly working. 3. Extract the algorithm at [login to view URL] and develop something similar using new json data. 4. Making a tri-state checkbox to include either a tick, a cross, or a blank in style of [login to view URL] 5. Researching for a library to add an image containing a signature to a PDF file - rescaling to match DPI. 6. Creating something like the link-external-css-style sheet image (styling\html and form elements) 7. Creating a canvas with draggable text onto different squares positioned in a CSS box style formation.
