Full web developer needed for a very urgent project

A homepage showing the 2 latest news about FIFA RUSSIA 2018 and a set of blocks summarizing the different sections of the website (teams, schedule, stadiums). Each block should show a thumbnail photo with a small description about the section. Clicking on the title or the thumbnail should open that section. 4 pages for teams of your choice. Each page must show the team information (coach, captain, players, flag). Each team page shoud include a RATE TEAM form that allows visitors to rate the team by filling in their name, email and phone number. The rating is to select a value between 1 (poor) and 5 (excellent). The rating should use JQuery to animate the form when the user is filling it. In other words, the user should see 5 STARS instead of 5 RADIO buttons. Clicking on a any star will automatically activate the stars preceding it. Schedule page showing how the games will start in rounds and how the rounds will proceed towards ending. This page should use DIVs and floats to display the schedule (not a table) News page showing 5 latest news regarding the FIFA world cup. Each news entry should have the title, date, summary and a thumbnail photo displayed. Clicking on the title or the photo will open the news details page that shows title, date, full photo and full description. This page also must have a comments form that asks the user to enter his name, email, phone and comments. Form validation should be done using JQuery. Stadiums: this is ONE page showing basic information about the stadiums that will be hosting the matches in Russia 2018. Each section should show the name of the stadium, photo of stadium, brief description and statistics (area, distance from Moscow, number of seats,etc) The page should start by showing the NAMES of the stadiums. When a stadium name is clicked, JQuery and AJAX should be used to load the information about that stadium into a content division of your choice. Optional (5 points extra): if you use a JCarousel to display more than one photo for each stadium inside the ajax-loaded division. Contact page that shows a form to be filled by visitors. The form should ask the user to enter his name, email, phone, gender (radio buttons), Purpose (A drop down proposing the purpose of contact as one of feedback, advertising, General, Bug, etc.), attachment (optional), and a text area to write the contact text. The form should be validated using JQuery before submitting it.
