I need a responsive website. I would like it designed and built. Description • We need the digital locks to be able to provide customised access to the respective users. For e.g., if a customer has scheduled a visit to a respective home at a time slot of 3 pm - 4 pm, then that particular users will only be able to open the digital lock during that 1-hour time slot only. If the time slot has expired then he/she will have to schedule a new visit which will open the lock with new code and renewed access. The admin should be able to provide customised access to the users on an hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly basis. • In case of CCTV, we need the recorded feed to be stored on cloud only, as manual backup from the SD card, on a weekly basis will be an added cost for us. We can purchase a server to store the recorded feed at our own cost. A Storage time period within the range of 30-45 days will be enough. • Digital Locks - Power Supply with battery backup of 4 hrs min. - Wifi Connectivity - App-based lock & unlock. - Customised access based on time slot & date is mandatory. • CCTV Camera - Live/Recorded feed on the app, with cloud storage (not only SD card storage). - API integration from company app to our app is mandatory. - Night vision recording. - 2 MP camera min. - A portable camera is required. - Wifi Connectivity. - 180-degree rotation min. 360 preferred. • Electricity consumption device - Wifi Connectivity. -Real-time analysis of electricity consumption. - On/Off using the app. - Size not more than 10 inches in height. We will be looking for 2 devices for testing if the testing is successful then we will procure the rest of the devices
