HTML to PDF + Template Cleanup

Need javascript that prints the current webpage to PDF and then sends that PDF to the email address that was input in a form. For example, after a visitor clicks on a link that is entitled "Send me a PDF of this web page," a form pops up that allows the visitor to input their email address. Then they click submit and the PDF is sent (as an attachment to their email address) and they are forwarded to a landing page. The PDF should look just like the web page along with all links being active. Two iterations are required: one that prints the entire page as is and one that prints the entire page less the right column. The title of the PDF and subject line of the email to be pulled from the title of the web page (plus any fixed text). Also, the body of the email is to be customizable.
This solution must work (smooth, fast) on all major browsers (desktop and mobile). There are many free jQuery solutions available. Feel free to use any of these as a foundation.
Also, we have an existing straightforward HTML/CSS/javascript template and would also want the entire template to be cleaned up and W3C validated to show zero errors as well as fixing a few alignment issues.
