JavaScript Loan Amortization Table

I started coding this solution but I am a bit over my head. I can provide you with the code I have thus far if needed. Here is what I need done:
Using JavaScript/jQuery, code a loan amortization table that takes a user's input from a simple form (such as loan amount, interest rate, length of loan, and beginning date/time) and render a simple amortization table that renders the first 12 months of the loan. Using a select dropdown that gets populated from the loan length, selecting a different year should render that year's amortization information. So if you select "Year 2" from the dropdown, the table will update to show the second year's amortization information. The last row will ultimately show $0 remaining balance.
I don't need any CSS styling with this. Just the JavaScript functionality that renders the tables.
