Code addition to my Shopify website

Step 1:
On back end create a database/list outings for that people can select from in step 2
• Name
• Location
• Date
• Time
• Description
Step 2:
Company/customer selects which outing they want to donate $ or product to. (No pricing involved in this step just simple sponsor registration/login.
• Company Name (if applicable)
• First and Last Name
• Phone #
• Username
• Password
Step 3:
Once login is created they are directed to a page to pick the sponsorship product(s) from the Sponsor products/collections
Sponsorship Packages. We will have pre-set sponsorship packages which are set up as regular Shopify collections/products, but will only be available to clients who have registered to be a sponsor in step 2
Package examples
• Hole Sponsorship $300 > Select corresponding products available in the package. Internally, Hole Sponsorship will be the Shopify product, and all corresponding products available in the package will be individual products identified on the basis of tag or other field, and their price will be 0, as the customer pays a fixed amount for the package. There will be a max number of products to be selected within the package.
• Foursome Sponsorship $500
• The Tee Box ( enter quantity -- all golfers, or enter quantity) -- price can vary by outing? This would be a curated box, a Shopify product, they would select a quantity of these products.
• Silent Auction Item (pick item from shopify products list) > Can customers just buy any individual products here and pay their price sum?
Yes – just like regular Shopify purchase, but we want to know they are ‘sponsoring and donating’ it to an outing vs buying for themselves
Optional Step 4 (only if The Tee Box is selected):
• Optionally provide products to go into the Tee Box. So a field that says “I have products to put in the box:” - a note field where they can tell us what product is they have.
Step 5:
Directs them to the checkout page.
