I have a career spanning close to two decades in Human Resource function with several start-up, mid-size and large organizations. I have been instrumental in the growth journey of several organizations wherein I got the opportunity to design and develop HR Processes and Policies from scratch. In this enriching journey, I have led strategic and transformational initiatives in the HR function. My expertise includes - HR Strategy, Performance Management, HR Hire-to-Retire Solutions, Learning & Development, HR Documentation & Compliance, Employee Engagement, and Talent Acquisition Process.
I have prior experience in delivering similar requirement as mentioned by the client.
While bidding for this proposal, I am assuming that the requirement is to set up documentation, policies & processes from start to the end of the employee HR life cycle process with an organization. It will begin from On-boarding to Exit stage. I have divided the tasks into 4 major milestones which begin with the employee onboarding the organization, different employee engagement processes, performance management and the last being exit and related processes. The task will involve understanding the company, culture, target employees, number of employees with the company, and many factors.
