Your main job is to sift through incoming applications, measure each candidate against the role’s must-have criteria, and record clear yes/no notes inside our shared Google Sheets tracker. Strong, practical skills with Excel or Google Sheets—filters, formulas, basic pivot tables—are therefore essential because we do not yet run an ATS or HRIS. Here’s how the workflow looks: • I provide you with job descriptions, a scoring rubric, and a spreadsheet template. • You review applications daily, flag the strongest profiles, and leave concise comments explaining each decision. • By the end of every week you send me a shortlist plus a brief summary of trends or talent gaps you notice. Accuracy of your shortlists, clarity of comments, and on-time delivery will be my key acceptance criteria.
