Nationwide Cleaning Hiring Managers

I’m expanding a fast-growing cleaning service into 70 metro areas across the United States and I need three project-based hiring managers who can take charge of recruiting Supervisors / Team Leads for each location. The assignment begins with a three-week remote onboarding where I’ll show you our workflow, screening rubrics and ATS setup; after that you’ll jump straight into sourcing, interviewing and locking in offers. I’m happy to bring on entry-level recruiters provided you already understand how residential and commercial cleaning operations run—things like shift rotations, site inspections, supply checks and the personality traits that make a great lead tech. Your familiarity with those day-to-day realities will let you ask sharper questions and spot the right fit quickly. What success looks like to me: • At least one vetted supervisor candidate ready to start in every assigned market by the project close. • Weekly pipeline reports exported from our BreezyHR system so I can track progress. • Signed offer letters and start dates confirmed for each hire. You’ll have full access to our job-board subscriptions, standardized interview scorecards and onboarding documents. I’ll handle payroll, background checks and paperwork; you focus on outreach, screening and candidate experience.
