Recruitment Operations Manager (Remote, 20 hours/week) Are you an experienced Operations Manager with a talent for structure and process optimization? Join our newly established staffing and secondment agency. In this freelance (remote) role, you’ll work 5 days a week, 4 hours a day, with fixed working hours and daily coordination via Microsoft Teams or Zoom. You’ll have the opportunity to build efficient workflows from day one and lead our intercedent team. Our intercedents are bilingual freelancers from Suriname who speak both Dutch and English and work remotely. I am based in the Netherlands and handle everything that requires a physical presence. As the company grows, we will also expand with a physical team in the Netherlands. Structure & Role • Freelance (remote): 5 days per week, 4 hours per day • Fixed working hours and daily presence via Microsoft Teams/Zoom • Daily virtual check-in and check-out with the intercedent team • Working in a virtual “office space” (camera on during sessions) Responsibilities • Recruit, select, and onboard new intercedents (freelance recruiters) • Set up and optimize internal processes (CRM, HRM, client management) • Lead and coach the remote intercedent team • Responsible for daily reporting, planning, and KPI monitoring • Oversee the quality of matches between candidates and clients Compensation • Starting rate: €5 per hour (freelance) • Attractive monthly performance-based bonus system, based on: o Presence and commitment o Quality and timely execution of processes o Intercedent team performance o Number of successful placements/matches • All work-related costs are covered Your Profile • Strong in structuring and process thinking; able to manage a remote team effectively • Proven experience in staffing or secondment operations is required — for example as an operations manager, recruiter, or team lead within a staffing or recruitment agency • Excellent command of English; Dutch is not required • Independent, proactive, results-driven, and accountable; you take ownership of your work We Offer • A unique opportunity to help build a new Dutch staffing and secondment agency from the ground up • A high level of freedom and responsibility within a clear framework • Potential for long-term collaboration after a successful start
