Our multi-tier vertical farm runs a strictly aeroponic system, so steady, uniform airflow is the lifeline of plant health. I need a complete HVAC design package that prioritises airflow management above all else, while still allowing for precise temperature and humidity control. Scope • Calculate heat load, air changes, and static pressure requirements for the entire vertical footprint. • Develop ductwork and diffuser layouts that keep every aeroponic nozzle supplied with clean, evenly distributed air. • Specify fans, filtration, dehumidification, and control hardware that can be sourced locally and integrated into our PLC. • Provide 2-D drawings and a 3-D model (AutoCAD or Revit MEP) plus a bill of materials. • Include commissioning guidelines and sensor placement to validate performance once installed. Acceptance criteria The design must deliver uniform airflow (±10 %) across all grow levels, maintain 20-25 °C and 55-70 % RH under full load, and fit within the allotted mechanical room and ceiling clearances.
