The scope starts with an accurate cooling load calculation, moves through complete duct sizing, and finishes with a detailed Bill of Quantities—all prepared in strict accordance with the latest ASHRAE standards. Please base every assumption on real-world factors such as envelope construction, occupancy, internal gains, and local climate data, and make sure the final figures can be traced back to your worksheets. I work primarily in AutoCAD and Revit, so I would appreciate CAD-ready drawings that drop straight into my model.
