We need an IPad app for surveys. The app must do the following. Import a ZIP file with HTML pages (where the questions are included and the CI from the survey). The following steps are envisaged:
1. Start the app: Import the ZIP file
2. in the example scenario: Then 5 HTML pages are displayed and then at the end of the survey, the results are stored locally and redirected to the first HTML page so that you can immediately start a new survey again.
3. A button that is displayed at the bottom right of the app (not from the HTML!), It must be exportable the results via e-mail (CSV export)
In the CSV export, the questions and the answers per line as well as the time and GPS data (if activated) are to be queried.
The app is not published in the appstore because it is installed on some internal Ipads and then queried in the shopping center.
The implementation of the app must not take longer than 14 days.
Information about HTML files:
[url removed, login to view] = First question
[url removed, login to view] = Second question, if the answer value of "[url removed, login to view]" has been chosen to be 1 (multiple choice principle), if the file does not exist, it should switch to "[url removed, login to view]".
[url removed, login to view] = Second question if "[url removed, login to view]" is not saved.
The important thing is that the answers between the pages must be saved, but the question here is about POST? Or via JQuery Storage etc.? One is individual. It is best to make a suggestion, since the app will make several surveys in different places / customers, so the HTML principle must be used to ensure the survey / CI per customer.
This APP may not be displayed in your references after the work has finished.
