I’m running an ASP.NET-based chatbox that relies on SignalR. The JavaScript file that SignalR generates is physically present in the /Scripts folder on the server, yet browsers receive an “access denied” (401) response whenever they request it. Windows Authentication is enabled, and the site is intended to work both inside our network and for remote users who log in through the same mechanism. I need someone to trace the root cause—whether it’s IIS permissions, [login to view URL] rules, SignalR endpoint mapping, or something else—and apply a clean, permanent fix. Once it’s resolved the script should load without errors and the chatbox must connect successfully for any authenticated user, regardless of where they are. Please document the change you make so I can replicate it in staging and future deployments. [login to view URL] Domain:[login to view URL]

Hello, I understand you’re facing a 401 access error with SignalR in your ASP.NET chatbox. I’ve worked with IIS, Windows Authentication, and SignalR setups before, and I can quickly trace whether it’s a permissions issue, config rule, or endpoint mapping. My goal will be to apply a clean fix so the script loads properly and authenticated users can connect without errors whether inside your network or remotely. I’ll also document the changes clearly so you can replicate them in staging and future deployments. I’d be glad to help you get this resolved smoothly. Best regards,

I've just completed a similar project. I built an ASP.NET chat application using SignalR that handled both internal and remote authenticated users. This project is well aligned with troubleshooting and fixing SignalR JavaScript loading issues under Windows Authentication. I understand this requires expertise in IIS permissions and SignalR endpoint configuration. My specialization ensures a smooth, secure integration focusing on performance and a polished user experience. Feel free to reach out for a free consultation; worst case, you walk away with a free consultation and a clearer understanding of your project. Kind regards, Curtley
