Color illustrations for a Children's Picture Book (3-8 year olds)

Job Description:
I am looking for a talented illustrator, who can complete a set of color illustrations for a children's picture book for kids 3-8 years old. I am looking for more vibrant colors, rather than pastels. I am, also, looking for hand drawn illustrations as opposed to Vector style. In addition, the characters should be more realistic rater than cartoonish. This CPB is about a little girl who gets sent to her bedroom in time-outs for exaggerating.
The project is 24 pages of a combination of full page, and vignette illustrations. (e.g., a little girl, around five years old, in time out; several pages of an elephant, a giraffe, and a pig playing havoc in her room; the mom who sends her daughter to time out; a scene with the little girl and the elephant asleep in her bedroom; etc.)
I am looking for an illustrator who is able to present a complete file ready for publishing.
The illustrations shall not have been previously used anywhere, nor can they be used in the future. I am requesting copyright/commercial rights. A transfer of copyright agreement will be signed. In addition to the source files, I am requesting original source files and JPG files for all illustrations for the final submission.
Payments will e released based on set milestones.
Timeframe: two months max
