Need a sketch artist/illustrator for a 30-60 second commercial promoting medication availability

I am looking for an individual to sketch a 30-60 commercial. The sketched commercial will have short explanations and drawings of a medication we have available at our clinic-- HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PreP). We are the only clinic in the city that focuses on providing this medication, which makes us stand out given the importance of this resource. We aim to raise awareness to people who otherwise would not know of our clinic or of PreP.
In the commercial we want to explain its impact and why it's important to consider for at risk groups for HIV. The audience will be a primarily Latino city . The artist will be provided with detailed information on the storyline of the commercial, but it will include sketches of people and objects, diagrams, and text boxes. Overall, this project should be engaging and informational for a large audience.
