Easy illustrator design

I have lost the original files for this business card.

I would need to get the design so I can have the card printed again.

So I need someone to do the same design in Illustrator, with same colorss. Please see attached file.

The file that I will receive must be in Illustrator CS3 (not CS4) with the tree + green & black curvy background. NO text. Format : business card.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THE TREE LOOKS THE SAME.

This is rush. I am willing to pay $30.
