Job Description:
We are looking for a couple designers to join our team part-time to full time for the next few months.
We prefer that you have at least 3 years consistent working experience and degree in the graphic design field. If you are self taught (proof of your qualifications and experience must be included).
You must be able to speak/write/understand excellent English and be able to work a regular schedule as this will be on-going daily work and we will have regularly scheduled calls and reviews daily.
You must have an outstanding attention to detail and have a solid understanding of the fundamentals of branding and design as it pertains to marketing. (Examples is you have) This includes understanding of ad layout, hierarchy, best-practices, and flow.
I have uploaded an example of past campaigns so you understand the type of work we are looking for.
If you are not capable to producing work to this standard then do not apply for the position.
NOTE: In-house, we utilize a time-tracker on all design work for averages and benchmarks and will expect this designer to fall within the same time-frame to complete design. For a 4-5 piece campaign, we anticipate a 3-4 hours for initial design and up to 4 hours allowable for up to 3 rounds of changes and edits. If you do not feel you could produce a similar campaign as the attached within a 3-4 hour time-frame, do not apply.
