We have a series of products which are primarily Employee Wellbeing, Occupational Health and Absence Management. We require a series of illustrations to describe these products which will exist of different coloured characters representing different people/characters in a situation as well as a very low detail scene set behind in light grey format.
We have different characters which will need representing in any way you see fit. Firstly employees – need to be represented in different emotions of: stress, sadness, grief, relief, sickness, happiness, neutral.
Then the business owner perhaps who is looking after his business by looking after his staff – need to be represented in emotions of: stress (different to employee), relief (different to employee), confidence or focus.
Then the series of people who employees may encounter as part of using EAP – a telephone counsellor, face to face counsellor, a medical doctor and a psychiatrist. The characters should be representative of a serious subject matter but in a light hearted way.
All characters need to represent anyone regardless of gender, age, sex, ethnicity etc.
They need to work on the website, on printed literature and also via email.
