How success is measured • At least three new supplier or buyer contracts signed within the first quarter. • A clear market-entry roadmap for each approved product segment, updated monthly. • Continuous team performance improvements reflected in rising conversion rates and faster research turnaround. • Profit per container tracked and reported; you earn 10 % of the net margin on every container that ships under your supervision. Day-to-day flow Expect to blend desk research with on-the-ground relationship building. Commodity price analysis, Incoterms negotiations, freight forwarder coordination, and compliance checks will all land on your desk. Tools such as Excel, Power BI or Tableau for analytics, plus CRM platforms for pipeline tracking, should feel second nature to you.
