We're working on a project for young readers than contains 52 images and about 3,000 words spread across 54 pages. It is a book for kids who are old enough to want to read chapter books, but are still new readers and need lots of images to help support their understanding of the text. The text and image placement would be similar to the attached pages. Some images will need to spread across 2 pages and have the gutter accounted for in the spread. The illustrator is still working on producing the illustrations and will be done by April 12th. She currently has 29 of 52 complete. I will attach a couple of sample images as well.
Book Size: 6x9
Image Format for final file: PSD
Font: The font needs to be very, very easy for the youngest readers, so I would prefer a font that uses the lowercase "a" and "g" that people usually write, like Futura PT.
Final File: InDesign file that meets IngramSpark’s specifications.
I would like to have the project done in two phases:
Phase I: Layout text only with blank image holders left for images. (Needed ASAP)
Phase II: Final file with text and images. (Needed by April 15)
