Request for quotation for the complete hardware design of an electronic board based on ATmega2560, intended for industrial PCB production (PCBWay or similar manufacturers). The scope of work includes hardware design and industrialization only; firmware development is not included. The request includes the document “Preanalysis PIN OUT scheda ATMEGA2560”, which is an integral and binding part of the project specifications and must be followed strictly. The document defines the MCU pin mapping and the type of signals assigned to each pin, including: • digital inputs • digital outputs • digital inputs with PWM function • PWM outputs • analog inputs (0–10 V) • PT100 inputs • encoder inputs using interrupt-capable pins • SPI interfaces (DAC) • parallel display interface • motor driver signals Not all signals are PWM: PWM support (up to 10 kHz) is required only on the pins explicitly marked as PWM in the pre-analysis document. All other inputs and outputs must be treated strictly according to their defined function in the document. The board shall operate with: • 5 V logic level • 24 V field signals The required work includes: • design of the 24 V → 5 V power supply stage, including protections (reverse polarity, overvoltage, filtering) • design of 24 V digital inputs, including those specified as PWM in the document (PWM compatible up to 10 kHz) • design of 24 V digital outputs, including PWM outputs up to 10 kHz, with proper protection for inductive loads • conditioning of analog inputs (0–10 V to MCU ADC and PT100, as specified in the pre-analysis) • interfacing of encoders, motor driver, SPI DACs, display, and all other peripherals defined in the document • proper logic/power separation and robustness suitable for industrial environments The design must be intended for real-world production, using reliable solutions and easily available components. Mandatory deliverables The final result must be a fully production-ready package, including: • complete schematic • CAD project files (KiCad, Altium, or equivalent) • complete BOM with part numbers and alternatives • PCB layout • Gerber files • pick & place files • assembly files • design notes (electrical limits, currents, PWM frequencies where applicable) • all files required to upload the project directly to PCBWay or similar PCB assembly services The proposal must clearly state: • experience with 24 V / industrial board design • CAD tool used • any technical comments on the pre-analysis document • timeline and total cost to deliver a production-ready package
