That's a precise industrial design challenge, and it's exactly the kind of work I do. The tilt geometry and base footprint are the structural heart of this project. I'd approach the stand design by calculating the center-of-gravity envelope first, then shaping the silhouette around it — so stability is engineered in, not an afterthought. The top sensor module integration is where the aesthetic character really gets defined: the stereo camera baseline, sensor windows, and faceplate proportions all need to read as a deliberate design element, not an add-on. I'd develop that in parallel with the main body so the two blocks feel like one resolved object. The deliverable you're passing to your mechanical engineer will be a clean NURBS surface model — correct proportions, defined parting lines, material zone callouts — ready to be shelled and detailed without having to remodel anything.
