I am looking for an experienced power electronics engineer to design a high-current SMPS for a digital LED video wall application. ## Requirements: ### Input: * 90–265V AC * Industrial-grade input protection ### Output: * 5V @ 60A (300W continuous) * Low ripple, stable under dynamic load ### Topology: * Preferred: LLC / Forward / Half-Bridge (not simple flyback) * Engineer may propose best topology for efficiency and reliability ### Mechanical: * Compact metal enclosure (industrial SMPS style) * Airflow / thermal management must be considered * Size should be as compact as possible ### Electrical Requirements: * High efficiency (>90%) * Synchronous rectification preferred * Proper current sharing / distribution * Suitable connectors or busbar for 60A output ### Protection: * OVP (Over Voltage) * OCP (Over Current) * SCP (Short Circuit) * Thermal protection ### Deliverables: * Full schematic (annotated) * Transformer design (if applicable) * PCB layout (high-current optimized) * Gerber files (ready for manufacturing) * BOM with exact part numbers * Thermal and current path considerations * Assembly drawing ### Additional Requirements: * Experience in high-power SMPS (>200W mandatory) * Must understand EMI, thermal, and high-current PCB design * Should support prototype debugging if needed ## Application: * Digital LED video wall * Continuous operation environment ## Goal: This will be used in a commercial product, so reliability, safety, and manufacturability are critical.
