ABOUT THE ROLE You will lead influencer outreach and management for several fast-growing consumer brands. Your responsibility is to deeply understand each brand, identify the right creators, build relationships, and execute collaborations that expand reach, build engagement, and create organic buzz. You will work with micro-influencers strategically — finding smart, low-cost ways to generate exposure, test messaging, and drive awareness without relying on paid influencer campaigns. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Build and execute an influencer outreach strategy on Instagram & TikTok • Identify micro-influencers who align with each brand’s voice, market, and goals • Create compelling outreach messages and build relationships authentically • Manage influencer collaborations from outreach to posting • Develop campaign ideas that creators can easily participate in • Build low-cost or zero-cost collaborations (free product, shared value, content exchanges) • Work closely with the founder to align messaging, voice, and brand direction • Track performance, test ideas, and refine what works • Stay ahead of platform trends — understand what’s working now and what’s coming next For detailed information about the role and how to apply ,please read the attached document.
