I need an experienced recruiter who can swiftly build a pipeline of content creators for one of India's leading streaming platforms. The goal is straightforward: hire influencers, models, and on-camera talent who are ready to sign with the platform and start producing live or short-form content. There’s no follower minimum, so feel free to approach rising creators. You will take full ownership of outreach and onboarding. That means drafting and sending personalised email or DM pitches, following up, answering basic platform questions, screening for commitment and professionalism, and handing over a clean spreadsheet of qualified, willing creators. I’ll supply guidelines and an official referral link; you bring the network, the persuasion skills, and a proven method for high-volume influencer outreach. Deliverables I’m expecting • A contact list (name, handle, email, niche, country) of verified influencers who have agreed to join • Proof each creator has completed the platform’s sign-up and KYC steps • Weekly progress report outlining outreach numbers, responses, and conversions Once committed creators are onboarded, we’ll review performance and, if all looks good, scale the mandate further.
