Instagram Reel Daily Editor & Manager

We are an Social Media Agency and want to outsource our jobs. Responsibilities: Edit 1 Instagram Reel per day (30 reels per month) Optimize videos for engagement, retention, and reach Add captions, subtitles, trending audio, and effects when relevant Plan, create, and schedule Instagram posts Support overall Instagram marketing strategy Monitor performance and suggest improvements Assist with growth strategies and audience engagement Requirements: Proven experience managing and growing Instagram accounts Strong skills in short-form video editing (Reels expertise is essential) Understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies Ability to deliver high-quality edits daily Experience with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar Basic knowledge of Instagram analytics and marketing strategy Scope: 30 edited Reels per month (1 per day) Ongoing monthly collaboration Long-term cooperation preferred Please Include in Your Proposal: Portfolio with Instagram Reels you have edited Examples of accounts you have managed Your monthly rate Tools you use Your availability
