Direct Message Outreach Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Direct Message Outreach Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to reach out to potential clients via Instagram DM’s and LinkedIn messages in order to generate leads for our business.
As an appointment setter and sales opener, the candidate will work closely with our senior sales reps to set up appointments and open sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit accounts of our target audience and click the “Show Similar Accounts” button in order to follow new, high-quality accounts
Send introductory direct messages to potential clients on Instagram and LinkedIn (or both)
Maintain accurate records of all outreach efforts and leads generated
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Continuously identify and target new potential clients through various methods such as hashtags and account search
Set appointments and open sales opportunities for senior sales reps to close the deal
Qualifications:
Strong written communication skills
Experience with Instagram and LinkedIn, including direct messaging and account management
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proven track record of success in a similar role
Experience with CRM tools and Excel is a plus
This is a full-time position with room for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of generating leads through cold direct messaging and experience in appointment setting and sales opening.
