I am looking for a long term Virtual Assistant that can take directions via the phone or skype and also communicate via whatsup. I estimate it will be probably about 10 hours a week worth of work (not sure yet though).
1. Make calls to the U.S. and receive lead calls from the U.S
2. Sort the leads an enter them to CRM software ( customer relation management)
3. Know how to work by instructions with timelines
4. Be detail oriented
5. Speak English fluently
6. Call me and give me updates over the phone as needed.
7. Add blog posts, images, video content to my websites
8. Create Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter events and posts
9. Place adds in craigslist, backpage and other marketing sources
10. Send emails to my data base through Awebber
11. Be able to coordinate projects with other freelancers based on my directions over the phone. This may also include finding other freelancers to work on parts of project that are not in the VA’s skill set. For ex: find a freelancer to make a website.
12. Preferable someone that have experience with real estate and particularly in the niche of wholesaling properties.
