Primarily handling outbound telemarketing, coordinating with email and mailing efforts across all sales channels.
Working with the prospect database to develop prospects into qualified leads, coordinating with sales activities.
Primarily handling clients, coordinating with emails and keeping updates on personal follow up list for future FOLLOW UP.
Accurately recording new information (company, contacts, and job titles) into the New Leads (follow-up) database continuously validating all data, including current contacts and associated details such as email addresses, within the database with the input of updates as required.
Send Daily report to Top management every day and Maintaining Daily Report, Weekly Report and Follow-Up (New Leads).
Work under target as per the company policy.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Centre Supervision/Management, Call Centre Training, Customer Support through Phone, Online (web/e-mail) Support, Tele Marketing.
Should be smart, energetic with excellent interpersonal & communication have the ability to convince customer..
Excellent knowledge in computer, especially in MS Word, Excel, and Internet
