I'm a 30 year old Digital Marketer and former Marketing Manager who created and optimised a 9k keyword google adwords account with a monthly spend between $7 and $10k a month.
I also managed a Facebook account comprising 5 brands, each with a minimum of 4 campaigns running up to 4 ad variations at a time.
From your ad, it sounds like you need the images, headlines and descriptions imported into facebook and then combined. 20 x 19 x 18 = 6800+ ads, so I presume some headlines only go with some descriptions.
I can help you:
1. group the 20 headlines into up to 4 categories/ad groups
2. match the headlines in each ad group to 2 descriptions (10 ads x 4 ad group)
3. do 2 versions of each ad with a different image (80 ads in total)
4. Rewrite/modify the descriptions to get the majority approved (75% sufficient?)
To do this I would create a matrix in excel, map out the ad variations under three columns showing the image, headline and description for each, and then upload into facebook using their own Power Editor software.
Your ad does not mention anything about facebook ad optimisation, so I take you need me to set up the campaign so you can modify and optimise internally later on.
