BrandRunners Inc. is seeking a highly skilled individual that lives, eats, and breathes all things eBay and Amazon to join the BrandRunners Online sales team. The Marketplace Channel Manager will take charge of perfecting and growing all of our presence on all Marketplace domains.
The BrandRunners online Marketplace Channel Manager will spend time managing the single storefront across domestic and foreign eBay and Amazon sites and owning the entire experience for any customer that transacts through this channel. Product visibility, and listing optimizations on all eBay and Amazon areas that should get you excited to come to work every day.
•You will work on growing and supporting marketplace channel sales primarily through eBay and Amazon (but may include other 3rd Party Marketplaces) while meeting and balancing revenue and ROI goals under the guidance of the Owner and CEO.
•You will be managing successful [url removed, login to view] "Top Rated" eBay sellers account to develop and implement enhancements for revenue growth from this channel.
•You will be responsible for expanding BrandRunners presence into additional, new eBay marketplaces such as [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] and others.
•You will manage look and feel of eBay stores by working with internal or external services to design, develop, implement, and maintain storefront as needed.
•You will work directly with eBay and Amazon Account Representatives to negotiate pricing structures and discounts when possible.
•You will work in 3rd Party Software, to produce, publish and report to Marketplaces Manager and other team members.
•You will work in 3rd Party ERP Software to interface product listings and content into multiple channels.
•You will work and create content to organize product build schedule to enhance listings on marketplaces and channels.
•You will work with Purchasing Team in reporting sales trends, product performance, forecasting, and category expansion.
•You will collect, organize and analyze data to draw actionable insights, such as inventory gaps, competitive risks and market opportunities.
•You will communicate with CEO and Operations and Logistics team to ensure customer expectations are being met and exceeded to ensure positive feedback on channels increases.
•You will work with Operations Director to expand product fulfillment and inventory allocation.
•You will attend industry training and events several times per year in the technology, logistics, and marketplace sectors.
•You will create detailed Sales Reports, Profit and Loss Statements, and further analytic data for use by the CEO, Accounting and Management staff in decision making.
