One way Back Links

I require someone with experience of creating backlinks in web 2.0 and blog commenting for my sites.

bidder must be available for regular monthly link building on average 400 postings a month.

Initial project is for 20 quality postings , if satisfactory there will be regular work.

Using angela packets and other means the sites that you link to must have a PR of at least 3.

No automated software and text and picture should be posted not just the links.

maximum two links per post.

Budget for this is maximum 0.25 cents per post

must supply basic report so links can be checked
