Link Building for Food Website

I'm looking for a dependable, affordable and serious link builder for a long term relationship. This job is a "trial", in the sense that I'm going to test your skills and rates and if you're good, I'll send you a lot of business. This project is for 10 links What I'm looking for is mainly: 1- Permanent backlinks, better if they are sitewide, on pages with a PR of at least 1. For example, see the blogroll at [login to view URL] 2- No directories, forums, profile links or article submissions, I have already tried them and they don't work for me 3- Blog comments are OK as long as they are on relevant blogs, are DOFOLLOW, and there are no more than 100 links on that page already. The PAGE the link is on (not the homepage) also needs to have a PR of at least 1 Once again, all the links must be PERMANENT, which in my book means they will stay for more than 2 years. I understand that a maximum of 10% of the delivered links may be removed after some months, in that case I expect you to rebuild the missing links for free. I am a businessman and have returns on investment to keep at bay, so lower rates will be privileged, of course, but I can recognize the value of quality at first sight and I'm prepared to pay a bit more for it. Please send, in your first PMB, the phrase "I have read your description and understand your requirements" to let me know you've taken the time to read :) PLEASE NOTE: I have had a couple experiences with dishonest sellers, who think they can put up 10 links and remove them next month (or 6 months from now). My lawyers have already collected 2380$ in fines from them, so please only bid if you're going to be serious, I don't want to waste time chasing scammers and you don't want to be sued for 1000$ for a 100$ job.
