Need 1000 fans for Ibero-American movies website - repost

Qualified bidders only! Please only bid if you can deliver according to the requirements below. Project requirements: * 1000 new fans added to our Fans page (we have 37 fans at the moment). * At least 800 Fans must be from Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, United Kingdom or United States. The remaining 200 fans could be from any other country as long as they comply with all the other requirements described below. * All fans must have 30+ friends. * Fans must be 18+ old. * Fans must be interested in Ibero-American culture: music, movies, languages (Portuguese or Spanish), etc. * Must be achieved by NO means of Illegal activity. * Fans must be active. All fans must have status updates that go back to at least 30 days. * All fans must be real people with active Facebook accounts (no fake accounts or accounts at risk of being suspended). * NO FAKES, NO BOTS, NO SPAM. * NO WALL TO WALL SPAMMING. * No spammers or distasteful profile pictures. * NO Fans or Followers with illegal, pornographic, hate, or racist content. * No fans that will risk our page being deleted. * You must use good practices when gathering fans. Payment Terms: * 10% start milestone. * You will be paid 30 days after you finished. We will review the new fans to make sure that they comply with the requirement described above. If they do not comply with our requirements, you will not be paid. * Any fans suspended/deleted during the 30 days must be replaced, or will not be paid for. * You will not be paid if our Facebook account/page is banned. * You will not be paid if fans that you generated for us are suspended or deleted.
