Needed someone who is good at SEO!

Hello, This small scale project is to test your SEO abilities. I am looking to hire someone for SEO full time. If this project is done successfully, you will most likely be my go to person for SEO in the future with a lot higher pay. WARNING : the requirement for this project is to RANK TOP 2 for 3 keywords (1website / keyword) DO NOT bid with offers to build links. THAT'S NOT what I'm looking for. I will HUMILIATE you if you do. I have 3 keywords that need top 2 position. All the sites are new. Each website has 1 keyword, and they are all VERY EASY (easiest one just requires 11+ backlinks) The website will have good on site SEO WITH keyword in URL. I have done SEO competition analysis as well, and I can attach a screenshot of that with the URL and keyword. Requirement : 1. Whitehat links only! ONLY legit way of building links 2. NO SPAM links to get penalty and sandbox 3. Get the job done within 2 months. Pay : 1. My budget is between 30-150 dollars total 2.
